By accessing or using the CATS website and services, including the purchase of products or enrollment in training courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

CATS provides products and services primarily for fire, rescue, EMS, and industrial professionals. All items offered for sale are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product or service at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to verification and acceptance. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as provided during checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and shipping method. CATS is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective. For full return details, please contact us at orders@catscorp.com.

6. Training Courses

Enrollment in training courses requires acceptance of course-specific requirements, safety protocols, and liability waivers. CATS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to instructor availability, weather, or other conditions.

Participants are responsible for arriving prepared, following all safety instructions, and bringing required gear. Refunds for training are subject to our cancellation policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

CATS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, services, or website. All equipment should be used according to manufacturer guidelines and applicable safety standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of CATS or its partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce this content without express written permission.

Return and Refund Policy

At CATS, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Product Returns

Eligibility

We accept returns on most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special orders or custom products
     
  • Clearance or final sale items
     
  • Items used or damaged after delivery
     
  • Opened PPE (due to safety and hygiene)
     

Return Requirements

  • Product must be in its original packaging
     
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
     
  • Returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at orders@catscorp.com
     

Restocking Fee

Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product type and condition.

Return Shipping

Unless the item was defective or shipped in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
     

Exchanges

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Training Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the training start date may receive a full refund.
     
  • Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a partial refund or credit toward a future course.
     
  • No-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund.
     

Rescheduling

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training due to weather, instructor availability, or low enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
